I’d say if you can’t find a source, you can post it as long as you tell people you can’t find the source. That way if someone does know the source, they can just inform you and you can add it to the post.

thats still not right, because the content you’re posting wasnt even yours to begin with. this is really offensive to artists that are trying to make a living by making art / graphics for money and are trying to get as much reception as they can.  its really frustrating when someone else posts your content and gets MORE attention for it that you, the original creator.
